How long have you been in the real estate industry for? I’ve been involved on the investment side of Real Estate since I was 14 years old. I have been a licensed Broker in Colorado for 4.5 years now.


What initially drew you to the real estate industry?  Learning. At a very young age, the deep roots of not only investing in Real Estate but navigating the process – providing positive growth for those who strive for the accomplishment of owning a property.


What has been your biggest accomplishment in your career?  My strong track record of repeat clients – I’m currently sitting at 100%. I am incredibly grateful to be able to say that.


What makes LIV Sotheby’s International Realty unique?  The unsurpassed and prestigious presence, not only in the state of Colorado and the Sotheby’s International Realty network…but globally.


What is a trend that you are keeping your eye on right now in the industry?  Having a large amount of New Development experience. I tend to track fresh opportunities, investments possibilities and the lifestyles that are provided by the New Developments throughout the Metro area.


Personally, what drives you in this industry?  Creating, building and growing lasting relationships with my clientele. I take great pride in being a trusted advisor, friend and resource…before, during and long after a transaction.


What are you passionate about?  It may sound cliché, but I am incredibly passionate about Colorado and all that this state has to offer in terms of growth, support and lifestyle. It is truly an amazing place to LIV the life you love.


What are your hobbies/interests outside of the office?  Anything that has to do with the astounding nature and mountains that we are surrounding by. In the current winter season, snowboarding is king. Come summer, taking the truck into the high country and getting lost among tree line will take over.


What’s your favorite part about living and working in Colorado?  Colorado is incredibly diverse, having the ability to find the perfect fit for my clients is one of the many reasons I love living and working here. With that, I believe that Colorado provides one of the best live/work balance opportunities in the country.


What community do you live in? What do you like about it?  I live in Capitol Hill. I love the ease and proximity to the mountains, the Denver Tech Center and the walkability to the heart of Downtown Denver…falling back on the diversity of Denver and Colorado.
