I am a principal and broker associate with Compass, working Denver, the Front Range and the mountain corridor. For twelve years I have represented buyers, sellers and developers, from first homes to $5,850,000, with real strength in urban luxury, new development and lifestyle-driven homes.
How I work
I approach real estate as a long-term asset decision rather than a transaction. The conversation usually starts earlier and runs longer than it does elsewhere, and I will tell you when the answer is to wait. A decision with real money at stake does not need more urgency in the room. It needs someone who has seen the pattern before and can say what happens next.
Who I work with
Business owners, professional athletes, retirees, move-up buyers and first-time buyers. A core part of my practice is helping renters become owners. Through Compass, I also refer clients to trusted agents across the country and abroad.

Eight Denver projects, 69 sales and $51,800,000 in development experience. I join before a plan is final and stay through the final sale, and that insight works for buyers of new homes too.
Outside of real estate
Fly fishing is where I slow everything down. It rewards patience, awareness and a respect for timing. The same rhythm shows up in my work: the best outcomes come from reading conditions carefully and knowing when to move and when to wait.
The rest of the time you will find me in Colorado's backcountry, with family and friends, or appreciating good design, quality craftsmanship and a simple routine done well.
