Life Outside Of Real Estate

Q: What passions do you have outside of real estate?

I have a strong passion for Fly Fishing, the tranquility & connection to my profession.

Fly fishing is where I slow everything down. It forces patience, awareness, and a respect for timing that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. You can’t rush the process or overpower the environment—you have to observe, adapt, and trust your preparation.

In many ways, that same rhythm shows up in my work. The best outcomes, in fishing and in real estate, come from reading conditions carefully, staying disciplined, and knowing when to move versus when to wait. It’s a reminder that thoughtful decisions, not reactive ones, create lasting results.

Q: How do you spend your time outside of real estate?

A productive day while remaining balanced through movement & social time.

The outdoors are essential whether that’s exploring Colorado’s backcountry on my ATV, getting out of the city for a reset, or staying deeply connected with my family, friends & clients. I’m equally intentional about downtime and recovery. With the plethora of options that Denver provides within a short drive or walk provides immense opportunity to find a work/life balance.

Providing for my clients, staying active, resetting in the nature that most live in Colorado for are all part of my perfect day.

Q: What are a few things you genuinely enjoy?

Good design, clean aesthetics, quality craftsmanship, and environments that feel calm and elevated.

I appreciate experiences that are thoughtful rather than excessive. Whether that’s a well-designed space, a great meal, deeply connecting with those around me or a simple routine done well.

Equally as important as grounding in nature, my connections and quality time with family, friends & clients rain true. Sharing experiences, dinners, conversations and insights are where I thrive & grow.
